Will my purchase include framing, matting, or mounting hardware?

Some images on this site display how art might appear when framed and matted, but we do not include framing, matting, or mounting hardware as part of your purchase.

Framing and matting choices are very personal decisions, so we leave that up to you.

Note that every giclée print includes at least 1 inch of white border to provide flexibility should you choose to frame and/or mat the print.

If you’d prefer an unframed and unmatted look, you can ask a framing service to trim the border and mount the print to a rigid substrate (like DIBOND®) with appropriate hanging hardware.

Where can we ship?

We can ship to customers in the 48 contiguous state of the United States and the District of Columbia. Our checkout will not allow the completion of orders to other destinations. If you’re outside our standard service area, please contact joe@unknowingart.com to obtain a custom shipping estimate and arrange a subsequent purchase via a customized invoice.

How can I review my orders or update my account info?

If you have created an account (e.g., during a previous purchase)—or would like to create an account before your next purchase—you can sign in or register via the Account popup. Once you’re signed in, you can review orders, add a payment method, edit your profile, or change your password.

If you can’t remember your password, you can click “Forgot Password?” in the Account popup to reset your password.
